Courses and Admission criteria
Western courses are based on the syllabuses of The London College of Music (LCM), University of West London. Every year, examinations on Piano, Electronic Keyboard, Violin, Guitar, Singing (Western) and Music Theory will be conducted by eminent musicians who come from The London College of Music. Certificates to successful candidates will be offered directly by the University of West London. The Advanced level consists of 8 grades of examination numbered progressively in order of difficulty from grade 1 to 8. Classes are generally held twice a week. The number of Lessons given to each student depends on their capacity and work-input. Usually, the students need a week’s time to learn the given lessons, thoroughly.
Requirements
New admissions are open throughout the year. You can take admission by walk in to any of our branches expect on Wednesdays. We are open from 9.30 AM to 8.00 PM.
- Age requirement: 7 years and above (age requirement can be overlooked in the case of specially gifted children). No age limit.
- Skill requirements: The only requirement is your interest and time.
- Study Materials: Depends on grade-level.
- Frequency of Classes: Twice in a week.
Other details:
- Candidate can select a batch according to their convenience and continue in the same batch till course completion.
- Individual attention for each student.
- Each student gets 45 to 60 minutes per day.
- Periodical assessments have been conducted.
- Every Student studying western music instruments must appear for the ‘London College of Music Examination’ (LCME) The University of West London.
