Fr. Joy Chencheril transformed KalaGramam into a disciplined, professional, and community-centered academy. He introduced administrative reforms with clear guidelines, promoted Indian music alongside London College of Music standards, and strengthened community ties through cultural festivals like Onam and Christmas.
Fr. Sebastian Elavuthinkal transformed KalaGramam into a hub of professional music education by introducing a digital recording studio, a 300-seat auditorium, modernized curriculum, and new courses.
